Route 1: Potential Fit

If your application suggests a strong potential fit with our current needs, we will proceed with the following two rounds of engagement:

Round 1: Getting to Know You (15 mins Zoom call)

This round involves a casual conversation designed for us to gain a deeper understanding of your background, skills, and aspirations. It's an opportunity for you to share more about yourself beyond your resume and for us to assess how your experience aligns with our company culture and values. This is a two-way street, so please feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

Key Objectives:

  • Understand your career goals and motivations.

  • Assess your communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Explore your experience in more detail.

  • Provide you with an opportunity to learn more about our company.

Round 2: Fit vs. No Fit (30 mins Zoom call)

This round focuses on determining whether there is a mutual fit between your skills and our requirements.

If it's a fit:

  • We will discuss specific roles that align with your skills and experience.

  • We will explore how we can work together to achieve common goals.

  • We will discuss compensation.

  • We will answer any remaining questions you may have.

If it's not a fit:

  • We will provide you with honest and direct feedback regarding our decision.

  • We will let you know and give you an option to do a feedback call if there is no mutual fit at this time.

  • We will do this promptly and respectfully, avoiding any ambiguity or "ghosting."

Route 2: No Alignment

In some cases, it may become clear early in the review process that our current needs do not align with your skills and experience. If this occurs, we will inform you of our decision promptly and honestly.

Important Note: This decision is always based on our specific requirements and should not be interpreted as a reflection of your background or qualifications. We appreciate your interest in our company and recognize the value of your experience.

Route 3: Not Hiring at the Moment

Even if we are not actively hiring for a role that matches your skills, we still value your interest in our company and want to stay connected.

  • Weekly Newsletter: You will be added to our weekly newsletter, which provides updates on our company's progress, new initiatives, and industry insights.

  • Periodic Check-ins: We will check in with you periodically to stay connected and share updates on our journey. This allows us to keep you informed of any future opportunities that may arise.
